Our air conditioning unit has become noisy. What could be the problem?
There could be serveral reasons for this, however the most common is that the fans are having to work harder to move the air due to partially or fully blocked filters. We recommend routine maintenance and cleaning of the filters to all of our clients. It not only ensures clear airflow, but also can prevent major component failures that can be very costly.
What benefits would I get from routine maintenance?
Equipment on a maintenance contract would be regularly cleaned and efficiency performance checked to ensure running costs are kept to a minimum and breakdowns reduced.
